Teaching Philosophy

I believe piano education is like learning a language. Like language, piano music learns notes, various musical symbols, etc., and learns music theory like English grammar, and learns through constant piano practice and various performance activities.

Development of finger muscles, balanced development of the left and right brains, emotional intelligence, and should improve self-expression and positive self-esteem. It should develop creativity and imagination should be developed for each student.

The most important goal in piano lessons is to develop a lifelong enjoyment of music.

To develop and develop an appreciation of music, not just piano, I think students should become musicians who fit their own rights. The ability to read music effectively will help students learn music independently, further enhancing and maintaining their enjoyment and ability to play music even after classes stop.

Learning Objectives and Teaching Plans

Create individual charts so that students can learn music differently for effective piano education rather than consistent education for various students.
After identifying each student's age group, student tendencies, personality, and motivation for music, During pre-music activities, students' levels are identified, and students find and record their physical conditions and ways to understand and follow, such as seeing, listening, moving, drawing, and expressing in words.
The number of songs a student can perform, the standard for moving to the next song, and the lesson time set based on the student's concentration during the lesson takes about a week to observe, decide, and record, setting up ways to approach and teach music as a whole.

Research and develop a learning plan that values the process rather than the results. The big goal is to establish a long-term goal and a small process that can be achieved within it.
I think it is a process of understanding to respect, wait, and learn another music even if the student cannot follow the new theory right away or even if the speed and process are slow.
To make the learning process interesting and fun, students can learn what they lack through songs that reflect their favorite musical styles and the process of learning music is not difficult and can be enjoyed.  If a student cannot concentrate, struggle, and seems less interested, and the song has been stagnant for a long time. The process is not perfect, but it is sought to learn from a new song.

Teachers help students with their difficulties, but they do not rely solely on teachers.

But they guide themselves to solve problems and set the right direction for practice.

When learning new techniques, the teacher helps and leads students, checks if they can do it by themselves, and encourages them to make it their own through continuous repetition to develop application and creativity for students to use in other songs.   I can develop their ability to listen and give feedback. Encourage questions to look in the mirror or find out what the problems are on their own by recording videos and sharing them through conversations.

During each class, I write down the direction of the practice and small goals as a task using a planner so that students can do well until the next class.
I believe that setting directions and goals for what to focus on during each lesson not only focuses on improving academic shortcomings but also helps to maximize the benefits further.

The student's learning style analysis is important because my studio will also accept various learning styles. We will learn the strengths and weaknesses of each student and adapt them without compromising their excellence, increasing their strengths and strengthening their weaknesses.

This flexibility also involves allocating various repertoire to suit each student's preferences in the music genre. This will help us in the enjoyment of our educational philosophy. We think that interest in the repertoire is the best self-motivation for students. Having students practice the songs they want to play makes it easier to teach different aspects of the music we emphasize.

As a teacher, it is good to be respected with theory and knowledge, but I think I can be a good teacher only if I can personally emulate students and look after them at the student's level.
It instills continuous motivation and positive images with the belief that students can do it without prejudice, and difficult knowledge is easily explained at eye level for learners to understand.
Be a person who respects students or listens to and understands their pain and worries as friends, and does not express their feelings and feelings to learners.
